HT-25A
2-30 MHz Tactical

Applications:
The HT-25A is a predominantly horizontally polarized, dual input antenna with a full 2 to 30 Mhz instantaneous bandwidth at each input. The antenna is formed using crossed fan-type sloping dipoles. A sectionalized mast is used to elevate the center to 21 feet. The mast also supports the unit that houses the hybrid and impedance matching devices. The antenna elements are made of vinyl coated galvanized cable to protect the elements from corrosive environments and to minimize high voltage hazards.
Features:
The HT-25A is a militarized, transportable HF antenna designed specifically for short range (0-300 miles) near vertical incident skywave circuits. The horizontal polarization permits operation over all soil types without the need for a ground screen. A hybrid feed provides two isolated broadband RF inputs suitable for receive and/or transmit applications up to 1 kW average power. Additionally, the two crossed dipoles provide polarization diversity for receiving. This lightweight antenna is rugged and easy to erect. The antenna may be erected by two men in less than one hour. The elements are stored on winder boards that contain the terminations, the permanently attached guys, grounding wires and interconnects.
Equipment Supplied:
The antenna comes equipped with radiating elements containing terminations, a dual input hybrid, a sectional mast, guys, a pivot base, anchors, ground rods, hammer, two transit cases, and two coaxial cables that provide interface connectors at the bottom of the mast.
Optional Equipment:

A crank-up or pneumatic telescoping mast, foot pump and electric compressor.
